• INDIVIDUAL ARTIST: $25
• FAMILY: $35
Two or more members of the same family, residing at the same address.
Please submit a separate application form for each participating family member.

Whether artist or friend, we respectfully request that you consider an additional
donation to support our programs. Special donor categories are:
Supporting: $50 to $99
Sustaining: $100 to $249
Benefactor: $250 and over
